Explanation of the Calculation
The QPI to GWA Calculator works by taking your inputted QPI scores for different courses and their corresponding credit units. It then calculates the weighted average of these scores based on the units:
GWA = (QPI1 * Units1 + QPI2 * Units2) / (Units1 + Units2)
This formula ensures that the GWA reflects the contribution of each QPI score relative to its credit units.
Limitations
This calculator assumes that you are entering valid QPI scores (0 to 5) and positive unit values. It currently only supports calculation for two courses; for more courses, manual entry would be required.
